Minimum Loan Amount


Loan to Value Ratio (LVR)

1. Max 80%; or


2. Over 80%, subject to Lender’s Mortgage Insurance (LMI), but LVR must be not more than 90%.

Up to 30 Years, with Fixed interest rate periods of one to five years.

Repayment Certainty

Know exactly what your repayments will be during the fixed interest rate period, and you can fix your rate for up to five years.

Fixed Rate Lock-in

You can protect yourself from the possibility of rising interest rates by locking in the advertised rate for up to 90 days from the loan application date. A one-off fixed rate lock-in fee applies.

Flexibility to make additional repayments

Flexible to make additional repayments of up to $10,000 per settlement anniversary.

Split Account

You can choose to split your loan into fixed and variable rates.

Interest Rate Discount

At the end of the fixed interest rate period, our Standard Variable Rate will apply.

Rate Lock-in Fee


A Lock-in Fee will be payable for each loan application where a Fixed Rate interest rate lock-in is requested.

Early Repayment Fee

Nil (up to $10,000 per settlement anniversary)

Break costs apply if additional repayments exceed $10,000 per settlement anniversary

You are only allowed to make additional repayments of up to $10,000 per settlement anniversary.

Redraw Fee

Valuation Fee - first security

Nil (for security value < $750,000.00)

Waived if the value of the first security of the customer is less than $750,000.00 and is a successfully drawdown. Otherwise, valuation fee is payable by customer/s.

Discharge Service Fee

$450 (first security); and $250 (each additional security)

Per discharged security, not including related Legal Costs.

2. * An annual service fee of $190 applies for fixed rate loans. If you split your loan with our variable rate Discount Home Loan we will waive the fixed rate annual fee.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: If you select a fixed rate loan, break costs may be payable if at any time before the fixed term expires, you pay out your loan or you make additional payments of $10,000 or more in an anniversary year, or you ask us to change your loan type or fixed interest period. Break costs may be substantial.
