1. All the above rates and fees are effective from 1st July 2017 and are subject to change from time to time.  The rates are promotional rates and will end on 31st December 2017 and are available for applicants with Australian local income to purchase an Australian owner-occupier residential property with principle and interest repayment method only.  The promotional rates apply to applicants who apply for a new home loan with the Bank with LVR not more than 80% and do not apply to applicants who switch their existing home loan with the Bank to this product. Other fees and charges are payable.  Approval of this product is subject to our normal lending criteria.  Terms and conditions apply and are available on request.

2. * The comparison interest rate calculation is based on a designated loan amount of $150,000 over a term of 25 years. WARNING: This comparison rate applies only to the example or examples given. Different amounts and terms will result in different comparison rates.
