Annual Customer Complaint Resolution Statistics Report


 

At the Bank of China (Canada) (the “Bank”) we are committed to providing satisfactory resolutions to customer complaints that are fair and in a timely manner. In compliance with Complaint Regulations, the Bank publicly reports its customer complaint resolution statistics on an annual basis.

2016 Annual Statistics

Content Number
The total number of complaints received and dealt with by the Chief Compliance Officer of the Bank. 2
The average length of time taken by the Bank to deal with the complaints. 2 days
The number of complaints that were resolved to the satisfaction of the
customer, in the opinion of the Bank.
