Bank of China limited is one of the biggest and most international banks in China. Bank of China (Luxembourg) S.A. Stockholm branch started business in July 2nd 2012. It is the first Chinese-funded Bank officially registering and doing business formally external within Nordic area.

We now plan to recruit Customer Relationship Manager under our Business Development Department/Corporate Banking Unit, Accountant underBusiness Management Department and Legal Manager under Legal and Compliance Department:

1. Customer Relationship Manager

Job description:

  • Develop new business and customer relationship, provide financial products and services to corporate customers;
  • Market and sell financial products and services in the Nordic area on a regular basis;
  • Maintain relationship with existing customers, customer due diligence and ongoing customer review.

Basic Requirements:

University Bachelor or Master Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economic, or relevant subjects

  • 3-5 years experience of account management and/or sales in corporate banking
  • Corporate credit background and knowledge of corporate banking, trade finance or other relevant corporate banking products
  • Fluent in spoken and written Swedish and English, speaking in Chinese (Mandarin) and International work experience are plus.

2. Accountant

Job description:

  • Assist the establishment of internal policies and procedures in compliance with the local regulation and policies;
  • Accountable for accounting and tax related issues, daily work operation of accounting and tax functions;
  • Prepare bank financial reports and tax reports in compliance with policies and reporting requirements by local authorities.

Basic Requirements:

  • University Bachelor or Master degree in accounting or relevant subjects
  • 3-5 years experience of accounting or financial management
  • Experience and knowledge of an international work environment, preferably about Chinese/Asian culture
  • Fluent in spoken and written Swedish and English,  Chinese (Mandarin) speaking ability is a plus.

3. Legal Manager

Job description:

  • Provide and interpret legal information, conduct legal and compliance related work;
  • Provide legal protection and risk management advice to relevant department and  management ;
  • Review and draft contracts, agreements and internal policies and ensure that they are in compliance all statutory or legal requirements.

Basic Requirements:

  • University Bachelor or Master degree in law or relevant subjects
  • 3-5 years working experience of legal and compliance
  • Fluent in spoken and written Swedish and English, speaking in Chinese (Mandarin) and International work experience are plus.

To be successful it is important that you possess a good team work spirit, as well as excellent communicate skills. Furthermore, you have a positive and cheerful attitude in work situations and are able to work under pressure.
