Customer Service Assistant
Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for frontline service and perform general administrative support duties.
Requirements:
• Minimum GCE ‘N’ level with COS/ ‘O’ level or its equivalent.
• 1-2 years’ relevant banking experience. Preferably with product knowledge of Demand Drafts, Foreign Exchange deals, Cash deposits & withdrawals, experience in Remittances will be an added advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Neat with pleasant disposition.
• Effectively bilingual in English and Chinese so as to communicate with Chinese-speaking customers.
