General Administration - Manager


 

Responsibilities:

  • Correspondence of Official Documents: registration, dispatch, and management of incoming & outgoing documents.
  • Archival: Responsible for archiving of all bank documents, including but not limited to corresponding documents, images and video files.
  • Inventory Management: recording & managing of corporate gifts inventory, including usage and archival.
  • Related internal administrative responsibilities.

Requirements:

  • Candidates must possess a Diploma or Degree
  • With working experience in archival & administration.
  • Fluent to write and speak in English and Mandarin is a must.
  • Experience in using OA system.
