ELIGIBLE APPLICANTS
Applicants must have minimum income qualification of S$30,000 p.a. For foreigners, minimum income qualification is S$60,000 p.a. If you do not meet the minimum income requirement, a minimum Fixed Deposit of S$10,000 is required or such other amount as the Bank deems fit. All principal applicants or supplementary applicants must be 21 years or 18 years old and above respectively.
DOCUMENTS REQUIRED
For salaried employee, please submit latest Income Tax Notice of Assessment, latest computerised payslip or last 6 months' CPF Statement of Account and photocopy of NRIC (front and back).
For self-employed, commission or variable income earners, please submit past 12 months' CPF statement or last 2 years' Income Tax Notice of Assessment and photocopy of NRIC (front and back).
For foreigners, please also include photocopies of your employment pass (valid for at least 9 months) and passport.
For Supplementary Card Application, please submit a photocopy of the Supplementary Card Applicant’s NRIC (front and back) or passport.

If you wish to receive BOC SMS Alerts on transactions above certain threshold amount when you charge to your BOC Card, please call 1800-338 5335 to apply or simply download the “SMS Alert Form” below to sign up.
