1.The transaction is based on real-time exchange rate and cannot be cancelled during processing.
2.Some types of currency are only exchangeable for RMB at certain branches. For information inquiry, please approach us at our branch counters.
3.Valid ID card (with photo) or Passport is required for exchange transactions.
4.RMB exchange in great amount requires notification in advance
- 1 working day’s notification required for RMB 100,000 – 300,000 cash exchange
- 3 working days’ notification required for RMB 300,000 above cash exchange
5.Brand new RMB Banknote supply available while stock lasts |
