1.Recurring bills include service & conservancy charges, insurance premiums, mobile & internet bills, etc;
2.Applicable for new recurring applications with a min. of 12 months;
3.Please contact the respective organization/s directly to make this recurring arrangement;
4.If any payment is unsuccessful for any reason whatsoever, you will be responsible for arranging payment to the respective organization by other means;
5.Please contact the respective organization/s should you wish to terminate this payment arrangement;
6.The Bank shall not be liable for any loss, expenses, delays, mistakes, neglect or omission in connection with the transmission of payment under this facility or for any unsuccessful payment;
7.Should there by any changes to your personal details or your Credit Card number, you will need to notify the various organizations to continue this payment arrangement;
8.Payments that are charged to your Credit Card exceeding its credit limit available at the time of debit will be rejected;
9.BOC &/or Merchants reserve the right to terminate/vary/withdraw/substitute all promotions and offers at any time, without prior notice & without having to disclose any reason therefore & without any payment or compensation whatsoever;
10.The decision of BOC on all matters relating to all promotions and offers is final, conclusive & binding on all Cardholders & no correspondence will be entertained;
11.Should there be any discrepancy or inconsistency in interpretation between the English version & the Chinese translation of these terms & conditions, the English version shall prevail;
