Position : Trade Finance Operation Officer (Export Section)

Responsibilities:

Process the export bill checking according to L/C condition, UCP no. 600, ISBP, and URC no.522, including the L/C advising, Bill negotiation

Process the settlement under the export bill under L/C, D/P, D/A.

Process the Bank of Thailand's daily/monthly report relating with export trade operations (I.E. FTX/FTU/LTX, etc.) and AMLO report and ensure that all reports are being submitted within the time limit.

Communicate with the correspondent bank with swift message.

Handle the customer's complaint and provide appropriate solution to the customers.

Perform any ad-hoc task as assigned from superior.

Qualifications:

2-3 years of banking experience in trade finance operation, especially in export trade operations shall be highly considered.

Familiar with UCP no. 600, ISBP, URC no. 522, URR no.725, and swift format involved with L/C, D/P and D/A.

Proficient in MS-office, experience in EXIM Bill system shall highly preferred.

Be able to handle the transactions, with less supervisory and under the time pressure.

Be accuracy and detail oriented.

 

Position: Accounting Officer

Responsibilities:

Responsible for accurate and efficient performing in accounting daily processes, operations, transactions and report including other responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time

Qualifications:

Fresh graduates from Bachelor's degree in Business Chinese, emphasis in accounting

Must be PC proficient, including strong experience with MS Excel, Access and Word Experience with accounting system is a plus

Conscientious about timeliness of assignments and quality of work product

Ability to multi-task, work under pressure

Good Command of spoken and written English, preferably in Mandarin Language

 

Position: Corporate Relationship Manager

Responsibilities:

Develop business strategies focus on corporate business that will contribute to the growth and profitability of assigned target group

Provide financial solutions with our in depth knowledge to our clients

Ensure continuous growth of business volume and profitability

Source prospects, develop existing and new clients relationships

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Management, Banking and Finance or related fields

More than 3 years in Relationship Management or Corporate Banking Business

Strong understanding in Banking Systems / Operations / all related Rules and Regulations

Excellent communication skills in English or Mandarin

 

Position: Credit Analyst (Approver)

Responsibilities:

Checking the accuracy and completion of applications and support documents

Evaluating and analyzing customers' financial status

Making recommendation on credit analyst and credit assessment

Checking National Credit Bureau database and internal computer system

Reviewing monthly report

Qualifications:

Bachelor's in Business Administration or related field

At least 2 years of working experiences in credit analyst of credit and product

Familiar with NCB policy & procedure, and knowledgeable in credit card fraud analyst

Good command in English and Chinese Mandarin will be an advantage

 

Position: Collection Manager

Responsibilities:

Manage the collection team in achieving target, provide ongoing direction and leadership as well as provide continuous coaching and feedback to subordinate.

Manage the In-house collection team including work flow, procedures and strategies to reach the organizational goals.

Manage and control the outsource collection team including work flow, procedures and strategies to reach the team's target.

Be responsible for other assigned task to achieve the targets.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in any fields. Thai Nationality only

Age between 30-45 years old

At least 7 years in credit and collection

Good communication in English / Chinese languages

Excellent in MS office especially Excel

Excellent problem solving skills and well-organized.

Having Leadership, interpersonal skills, high responsibility, reliability, self-motivation, self-oriented and negotiation skill.

 

Position:Senior HR Specialist (Recruitment)

Responsibilities:

Manage full cycle recruiting process to meet the various staffing goals across all levels within multiple business units

Implement HR policy and HR project to ensure efficiently and effectiveness of manpower utilization for the bank

Assist HR Manager in HR related duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, General Management or related fields

Minimum 2 years experience in banking or related fields

Experience in general HR function is preferred

Excellent Interpersonal skills, communication skills and team-based project. Proficient in computer skills

Good command of spoken or written English. Mandarin Language is an advantage

 

Position: Senior Compliance specialist

Responsibilities:

Review and summarize all regulation which related to Bank's business and operation and update all new regulations.

Provide recommendation to business function & operation regarding regulatory requirement.

Perform compliance tasks in compliance training, supervision and monitoring to ensure bank's business and operation to comply with internal and external regulator.

Qualification:

Master degree in Business Administration or Law.

More than 5 years of Compliance experiences in Banking business.

Familiar with some local regulator of Financial Institution.

Good command of spoken and written English
