Exchange rate on cross-currency transfer
When you complete the transfer instruction, you can click on the ‘Exchange Rate Enquiry’ button to get the real time exchange rate, but this may be different from the actual rate you get as the exchange rate could go up or down during the time you take to complete the transfer instruction. Once you have completed the transfer instruction and clicked ‘Confirm’, you will receive a confirmation showing the actual exchange rate applied to the transfer.
