Notice of Change to Personal Banking Internet Banking and Mobile Banking Terms and Conditions (Effective from 5 August 2024)

Dear Customers,

Effective from 5 August 2024, the Bank of China (Australia) Limited (BOCAL)’s Personal Banking Internet Banking and Mobile Banking Terms and Conditions (Internet and Mobile Banking Terms and Conditions) dated 10 July 2023, will be updated to ensure the consistency of financial services we provide.

This notice is applicable to customers who have not received the BOCAL’s Personal Banking Internet and Mobile Banking Terms and Conditions dated 9 November 2023.

Please refer to the pdf file attached for details of the changes to BOCAL’s Personal Banking Internet and Mobile Banking Terms and Conditions dated 10 July 2023, in order for it to be in line with the 9 November 2023 version. From the effective date of 5 August 2024, only the 9 November 2023 version will apply.

The current version of BOCAL’s Personal Banking Internet and Mobile Banking Terms and Conditions dated 9 November 2023 is available on our website at www.bankofchina.com/au or from our retail branches in Australia.
