Personal Internet Banking provides a comprehensive, effective and secure transaction environment which allows you to do your banking from your computer via the Internet that supports both English and Chinese interfaces to meet your diverse needs, quickly and securely whenever, wherever.

Account inquiry

Check up-to-date account balances, view transaction details, comparison between internal and external accounts and e-statements for Internet Banking linked accounts.

Local and international funds transfer

Managing your money is simple, instant and convenient. Transfer funds to anyone in Australia or overseas. You can choose to transfer funds to China and enable the beneficiary to receive money in RMB by remitting AUD/USD from Australia with our RMB Pre-Settlement service.


BPAY is a national electronic bill payment service, jointly developed by Australia’s leading financial institutions. If your bill allows BPAY payment method, you can use BPAY to pay your bill via our Personal Internet Banking.

Term deposit

You can transfer funds into or out of the term deposit account from a linked account. View details of term deposit accounts.

Loan Account Management

Managing your loan account, such as loan account details enquiry, repayment transactions enquiry and making early repayments to loan account.

Credit Card Management

Managing your credit card, such as checking outstanding balance and transaction history, and reviewing your repayment history.

Our new generation eToken for transaction authorisation provides an enhanced level of security.


PayID is a memorable piece of information such as your mobile number, email address and ABN/ACN, that you can link to your eligible bank account to receive payments. It doesn't replace your BSB and account number which stays exactly the same - it's like a nickname for your account.

Once linked, you can simply provide your PayID for payments instead of handing out your BSB and account number.

If you need to pay someone who has registered for PayID, you'll only need their PayID to transfer money directly into their bank account.


Osko by BPAY® is a secure payment service which enables you to send and receive near real-time payments using a PayID on the New Payments Platform.

The service is available within the BOC App, as long as you have downloaded the latest version.

When you send or receive a payment using PayID you may see the Osko logo in your payment confirmation or account transaction history. This indicates that the payment was sent via the New Payments Platform (NPP) infrastructure using Osko.
