Job Title: Call Center Customer Service Representative

Department: Call Centre, Personal Banking Department

Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Greet and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner;
- Provide high quality service to customers, including opening accounts, handling customers’ deposits/withdrawals, remittances, foreign exchange transactions, and other debit/credit cards related services, etc.
Position Requirements:
- Relevant experience in retail banking/customer service preferred
- College Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree, preferably commerce, accounting, finance related
- Excellent communication skills in Mandarin and English
- Fluency in Cantonese is considered an added asset
- High degree of proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and applications, including MS Office Suite
- Team-player, customer-oriented; diligent, quick-learner
