Job Title: Product Manager, Personal banking

Department: Personal Banking Department

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist the department management to achieve the goals of growing sales and market share
- Assess the market conditions and identify current and prospective opportunities for personal banking business expansion and product enhancement
- Plan, co-ordinate, and represent the Bank in various social events and marketing campaigns to promote the Bank’s reputation and products
- Develop forecasts, financial objectives, and specialized business analysis report to locate areas of improvement and propose corrective actions that meet challenges and leverage growth opportunities
- Actively reaching out to prospective high net worth customers to build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationship
- Ensure full compliance with internal and external rules and regulations, and take appropriate actions to close related gaps identified
- Additional responsibilities as directed by the department management
Job Specifications
- Minimum3 years of personal banking service experience with solid knowledge in investment and familiar with local financial market and products
- Relevant post-secondary education with Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance or Economics
- Fluency in both English and Mandarin
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to employ analytical tools and statistics to provide analysis opinions
- Well-developed presentation skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize and work accurately within deadlines
