Position Title: Credit Analyst (Review Function Sep 2017)

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Research and analyze financial and operating information related to borrower and industries to assess credit risk of present and potential client exposures;
- Perform risk rating calculations to complete risk assessment;
- Conduct appropriate assessments of Borrower proposals(wherein Delegated limit); Conduct due diligence, credit analysis on new and existing relationships to complete steps needed to funding new loans and mortgages and to monitor existing exposures;
- Use the relevant information to test covenants, margin and financial ratio requirements and promptly report out of order or non-compliant situations of assigned accounts;
- Control and follow up credit excess, out of covenant or short margin conditions with business units in order to bring the account into order as soon as possible and /or prepare/recommend application for temporary excess/out of order position;
- Oversee the effective Monitoring of the Portfolio through the use of individual assessments, internal and external reporting and regular ad hoc site visits;
- Maintain the Bank’s retail/commercial credit system ,risk rating system and compliance review;
- Support account managers in regard of credit policies and products;
- Recognize and monitor weakening situations and report to the head of RMD;
- Prepare the Bank’s periodic reporting to Management, Headquarter and regulator;
- Other duties as assigned from time to time.
Job Specification
- 2 years or above local commercial credit experiencing in the field of credit lending;
- Relevant post-secondary education with Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Accounting ,Finance or Economics;
- High degree of proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and applications, VBA programming and SQL programming skills are definite assets;
- Effective verbal and written communication skills;
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills;
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize and work accurately within deadlines;
- Adaptability and flexibility to deal with a rapidly changing environment;
- Accuracy and attention to detail.
