Position Title: Junior Dealer, Treasury Department
Report to: Head of Treasury Department
Location: Markham, Head office

Duties and Responsibilities:
- • Assist to build and maintain a strong, constructive and collaborative relationship with local interbank markets & local corporation customers;
- • Conduct surveys on local market;
- • Monitor daily foreign exchange and money market cash positions;
- • Assist to manage daily cash flow of respective clearing accounts for funding purposes;
- • Maintain and update FX and interest rates; Input FX, MM and bond deal tickets into Murex systems;
- • Record keeping, filing and preparing reports;
- • Follow up with different departments and branches on their FX transaction records to ensure proper costs being applied and reported;
- • Compile business statistics for different treasury products; prepare monthly report on major events of money market, foreign exchange business;
- • Compile and observe with the treasury’s policy guidelines and banking requirements;
- • Prepare the Bank’s periodic reporting to Management, Headquarter and regulator in both Chinese and English;
- • Other duties as assigned.
Key Job Qualifications:
- • University degree with a major in Finance preferred
- • Excellent research, technical, computational and analytical skills
- • Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines for multiple projects at the same time
- • Excellent communication/interpersonal skills, a proven ability to contribute to high-performance teams and a demonstrated commitment to acting with integrity
- • Fluency in English and Chinese both written and verbal is essential
- • Good working knowledge of IT applications (e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
