[Closed]Risk Analyst


 

Tasks

1. Further development and ongoing improvement of risk management related monitoring and reporting processes.
2. Responsible for the preparation and conduction of regulatory related reports (e.g. large exposure and million loans, German foreign trade ordinance, disclosure report).

3. Support the elaboration and further improvement of different risk type specific reports (e.g. credit risk report, market risk report) and reports related to the overall bank steering.

4. Support the definition and improvement of credit approval and monitoring processes, including early warning systems.

5. Actively work on the coordination of the internal planning process and the elaboration of strategies (business and risk strategies).

6. Implementation of new or amended processes, including corresponding documentation and training.

7. Act as a link between  Risk Management and different business units of the Bank

8. Undertake the responsibility for communication with regulatory authorities and auditors in topics related to regulatory reporting and processes.

9. Ongoing analysis of the relevance and materiality of new regulatory requirements for risk management procedures, including documentation and implementation.

10. Support different projects and risk management specifics.

Requirements

1. Graduate in economics or related fields with strong banking, finance or risk management related background. 

2. At least five years of relevant job experience in the areas of risk management and/or risk controlling, with focus on regulatory related topics, especially regulatory reporting.

3. Knowledge and practical experience in the implementation of regulatory requirements from a process oriented point of view.

4. Knowledge and experience in the implementation of regulatory requirements related to risk-controlling tasks (e.g. MaRisk, CRR, CRD IV, KWG).

5. Knowledge of current regulatory related requirements, especially CRR, CRD IV, GroMiKV, AWV.

6. Experience in the development and implementation of processes and procedures in the banking industry.

7. Proficiency and experience in quantitative methods related to the risk controlling area would be a plus.

8. Strong computer skills, especially with relation to MS-Office (e.g. Word, Excel, Power Point), are required.

9. Language skills: English and German. Chinese would be a plus. Strong writing skills in English and German are required.
