[Closed]Credit Risk Analyst


 

Tasks

1. Conducting customer rating assessment and review through different rating models (including data quality check)

2. Conducting company analysis and writing Due Diligence report elaborating the analysis of macro-economic environment, industry development, peer group comparison, connected client influence and the customer’s financial performance, liability structure, etc. 

3. Reporting to department head and specific committee members the initiated credit project by demonstrating the basic format and principle applied in analysis, the key factors influencing the customer’s risk profile and the final judgment made with independency and objectiveness.

4. Further management on post grating credit including sign-off, limit controlling, early warning, risk classification, annual review and all update work.

5. Monitoring and conducting ongoing management on intensive and nonperforming loans by frequent  review and reporting, acting as one member of the designated task force group.

6. Responsible for searching, organizing and refining market data from outside service provider, updating and developing specific functions of the system accustomed to internal requirement.

7. Support the definition and improvement of credit approval and monitoring processes, including rating, limit controlling, early warning, etc.

8. Actively work on the communication and coordination of credit projects under discussion with business department, authorized approver and Head Office (if necessary).

9. Implementation of new or amended processes, including corresponding documentation and training.

10. Support different projects and credit risk management specifics.

Requirements

1. Graduate in finance, economics, accounting or related fields with strong banking, finance or risk management related background.

2. At least three years of relevant job experience in the areas of risk management and/or corporate banking, with focus on credit analysis and reporting.

3. Knowledge and practical experience in the implementation of credit management process and procedures including rating, analysis and approval, etc..

4. Knowledge and experience in the implementation of regulatory requirements related to credit risk management (e.g. MaRisk, CRR, CRD IV, KWG).

5. Strong computer skills, especially with relation to MS-Office (e.g. Word, Excel, Power Point), are required.

6. Language skills: English and German. Chinese would be a plus. Strong writing skills in English are required.
