Key Responsibilities:
Participate in the preparation of research reports on macro economy, fiscal and monetary policies
Prepare thematic briefings on trends in the financial sector
Identify and analyze financial innovation and fintech trends
(quantitative) analysis and evaluation of research projects
Other research projects assigned by General Management Board and Head Office Research Institute
Financial management and tax related tasks
Desired skills & experience:
Above Master degree
Study of economics, finance, statistics, mathematics or another relevant field
More than 2 years professional experience in the fields of research/Corporate Finance or auditing/top management consultancy
Tax related experience not required but preferred
High interest in economic and financial related developments, as well as future trends
Strong analytical skills and good knowledge of quantitative tools and methods
Theoretical and practical knowledge regarding relevance and functioning of capital markets as well as in-depth understanding of business principles and processes
High commitment, motivation and strong communication skills
Proficiency in written and spoken Chinese, English and German
Good skill of Windows Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
