Details
During the activity, customers whose card payment amounts to RMB 500 or more can get a RMB 20 to RMB 388 worth of gift with sales slip, invoice, the credit card and RMB 1 at a Bank of China's appointed partner or outlet; the threshold for gifts are as follows:
- Customers with card payment of RMB 500 or more can get a RMB 20-50 worth of gift;
- Customers with card payment of RMB 1,000 or more can get a RMB 50-100 worth of gift;
- Customers with card payment of RMB 2,000 or more can get a RMB 100-150 worth of gift;
- Customers with card payment of RMB 3,000 or more can get a RMB 150-200 worth of gift;
- Customers with card payment of RMB 5,000 or more can get a RMB 200-388 worth of gift;
The list of gifts is specified in the appendix.
Detailed Rules
1. During the activity, each customer can get only one gift, and the gifts are offered on a first come, first served basis while stock lasts.
2. During the activity, the cardholders shall get the gifts at corresponding exchange spot with authentic sales slip and invoice. Bank of China has the right to resume the exchanged gift in case of inauthentic transactions, counterfeit sales slips or cancellation of transaction after card payment (return of goods); and if the gift is consumed, damaged, or in other irrecoverable conditions, Bank of China has the right to ask the cardholder to pay the actual purchase price of such gift.
3. The activity is only applicable to cardholders of Bank of China Credit Card series and Bank of China Great Wall Credit Card series (excluding debit cards), and for the exchange of the corresponding gift with additional RMB 1, the cardholder must pay with the card (excluding cash withdrawal) for RMB 500 or more (purchase of house, cars, and other large retail transactions are not included in this activity).
4. The sales slip shall specify credit card number, name of merchant, date of card payment, transaction amount (the currency must be RMB), the transaction type as "consumption", and the issuing bank as "Bank of China". Bank of China shall assume no responsibility for failure to exchange gifts due to wrong date of card payment on sales slip caused by the merchant's POS.
5. Upon the exchange of gift, the cardholder shall present the original sales slip and the credit card with the same card number as that displayed on the slip, and pay the relevant merchant RMB 1 for gift. The consumption amount of principal card and supplementary card shall be independently effective. The cardholder shall exchange the gift by him/herself, and exchange by other authorized people is not acceptable.
6. All sales slips for the exchange of gifts in this activity will be resumed by Bank of China, and cardholders need to sign the exchange registration form for confirmation. The merchant has the right to reject exchange of gift if cardholders can not present sales slip.
7. The consumption amount in the activity refers to the amount of payment with credit card by the cardholder at appointed partners, excluding transaction cancelled after the card payment (or transaction in which goods are returned) and multiple transactions divided from one large transaction and other fees (such as cash advance fee, annual fee of credit card, revolving credit interest and so on).
8. All gifts exchanged with RMB 1 shall not be returned or converted into cash.
9. The above gifts or services are supplied by appointed partners of Bank of China, and the Bank shall assume no legal or economic liabilities for any dispute caused by the quality of gifts or services.
10. Bank of China and the relevant merchants reserve the right to modify the terms and rules of the preference from time to time without giving notice to customers.
