Bank of China is now open for public recruitment of 150 customer service representatives (labor dispatch) in Shaanxi for business development.
I. Brief Introduction to the Customer Service Center
As one of the important service channels of Bank of China, the Customer Service Center now provides 24/7 incoming and outgoing services for individual customers (including those of online banking and mobile banking) and corporate customers in 21 provinces, municipalities and autonomous regions. Meanwhile, VIP customers of Bank of China are provided with the service of "online privileges" to enjoy agent audit, transfer of accounts and other financial services as well as airport reservation, emergency relief and other non-financial services. Bank of China Customer Service Center has won the awards of "China's Best Call Center" and "the Best Customer Service Center in the Financial Sector".
II. Job Description
1. Positions offered: customer service representatives (seat staff) in the Customer Service Center (Xi'an);
2. Responsibilities: receive customers' business and account inquiry, offer proposals on complaints and supports for online banking services via telephone (95566) in accordance with the business regulation and process, and conduct telemarketing and product marketing among target customer base to provide customers with quality and efficient bilingual services, thus gradually improving customer satisfaction;
3. Work schedules: 24/7 comprehensive working hours system (work in shifts);
4. Work location: No. A18, Wenyi North Road, Xi'an, Shaanxi Province;
5. Compensation and benefits: salary standards are set by reference to the market, with full insurances and housing fund as well as good welfare and security benefits;
6. Labor relation: the labor dispatch system is applicable. Candidates, once recruited, will establish labor relations with labor dispatch companies designated by Bank of China and will be dispatched to work at the Customer Service Center.
III. Qualifications
1. Basic requirements: law-abiding, honest and trustworthy, with good personal quality and work ethics, without record of bad behaviors; recognizing of Bank of China's corporate culture and values, willing to perform employee obligations and job responsibilities according to requirements of Bank of China and corresponding departments;
2. Age: 25 years old or younger;
3. Domiciliary requirement: Shaanxi Hukou;
4. Education level: candidates majoring in economics, finance, management, foreign languages and electronic technology with college diploma or above from national formal institutions of higher learning;
5. Linguistic competence: fluent and standard mandarin with clear tones. CET-4 or equivalent in principle and good oral English. With bachelor's degree for candidates majoring in other foreign languages;
6. Computer skills: proficiency in computers and typing in Chinese should reach 60 words/min or above;
7. Disposition requirements: with fluent and clear expression ability, good communication capacity and service awareness, quick thinking, certain degrees of learning capacity and stable psychological diathesis;
8. Other requirements: no limit on genders; in good health and with adaptation to comprehensive working hours system (work in shifts). In compliance with Bank of China's nepotism avoidance clauses. Candidates with relevant customer service experience of the same industry are preferential on even ground.
