Except BOC Hong Kong, all institutions have no limit to the number of candidates that may be employed.
II. Basic Requirements and Qualifications
1. Observe corporate disciplines and obey laws, honest and credible, have good moral behavior and profession integrity, display a strong teamwork spirit, and keep good track records;
2. Have bachelor’s degree or above, 2-5 years’ working experience in relevant business fields in world renowned financial institutions that are not based in Chinese Mainland;
3. Use both Chinese and English as working language. In the case of positions based in non-English-speaking countries, applicants who speak local language should be able to use either Chinese or English as working language;
4. Have excellent professional competence and good international vision. Learn fast, welcome challenges, and be ready to share. Adapt to the corporate culture and working atmosphere actively and quickly.
5. Be in good health condition.
III. Recruitment, Employment and Relevant Policies
1. After registration, BOC’s admission will be based on a series of procedures including resume screening, examination and interview, background investigation, and physical examination. BOC will communicate with candidates and fully consider their intentions on position, job location, etc.
2. Once admitted, the employee will be offered an employment contract (3-5 years) in accordance with laws and regulations of the located country or region. The position offered is in line with the institution’s current position system.
3. Once admitted, the employee will be offered a salary and welfare package in accordance with the institution’s existing salary and welfare system, and will be in the same management system with other employees, with no differences as to performance evaluation, career development opportunities, etc.

1. The registration will commence as of the current day and expire on December 10, 2011.
