Group services(Corporate Service)

What does “group services” supply?

A: “Group service” includes four service parts: active funds allocation, automatic transfer, centralized management of account payables and internal funds movement accounting, which can help group enterprises or financial companies to centralize the finance of subsidiaries, so as to maximize the fund efficiency of the whole group.

Why does the transaction fail and the system remind “over cumulate balance” when using active funds allocation function for up-transfer, but the account of the subsidiary still has balance?

A: When your group applied for online banking service, it has set amount limit for some accounts including A account. If the transaction amount in the period is beyond the upward amount limit, even if there is still some balance left in A account, you can’t go on your operation for upword- transfer. Meanwhile, “automatic transfer” and “centralized management of account payables” are also controlled by amount limit which is set when the corporation applies for online banking.

Is any manual operation necessary after the corporations applied for “automatic transfer” service?

A: For the convenience of group corporations’ and financial companies’ regular fund centralization to their subsidiaries, “automatic transfer”? means the bank helps group customers to conduct fund sweeping and transfer funds automatically between internal accounts, according to the contract between the company and the bank. Besides, you can choose “E- mail notification” mode, when the subsidiary’s account balance exceeds upward/downward limitation, the bank will send e-mail to the company, and the company can do the upward/downward transfer.

Corporate customers can choose fees payment account in “centralized management of account payables”, what real influence does it have on transaction?
A: As of the fund that nominal payers pay to final payees, you can choose certain fees payment account for the transfer fees. If you have chosen the fees payment account, the transfer fee will be charged from fund pools and fees payment account respectively (It should be noticed that the chosen payment fee account and nominal payer’s account should be opened in same province); if you don’t choose the payment fee account, the transfer fee of centralized management of accounts payables will be charged from fund pool and nominal payer’s account respectively.

How to calculate cumulative point in “cumulative point inquiry”?

A:Cumulative point =∑final balance(days of deposit). To calculate accumulative point within certain period, accumulative point of each months should be add to reach the final result.
