Bank of China has issued the bank’s first transition bond in offshore market in January 2021. As stated in the Offering Circulars and Bank of China Transition Bonds Management Statement, we hereby release the Annual Report on Bank of China’s Transition Bonds, as well as the Assurance Report on Use of Proceeds and Assurance Report on Post Issuance issued by Ernst & Young Hua Ming LLP.
