Annual Report on Bank of China’s Sustainability Series Bonds (As of 31st Dec 2022)

Since July 2016, Bank of China has issued several sustainability series bonds in offshore market. As stated in the Offering Circulars and Bank of China Sustainability Series Bonds Management Statement, we hereby release the Annual Report on Bank of China’s Sustainability Series Bonds, as well as the Assurance Reports on Use of Proceeds and Assurance Reports on Post Issuance issued by Ernst & Young Hua Ming LLP.
