Notice Regarding Temporary Suspension of Sub-branches (7.11-17)

Dear Customers,

In order to comply with the epidemic prevention measures of Macau SAR government and response to the decision of the Macau Association of Banks, to curb the further spreading of coronavirus, all of our Sub-branches (including the Carat Smart Safe Deposit Box Center) will be temporarily suspended from July 11 (Monday) to July 17 (Sunday), 2022. Emergency and essential financial services are provided as follows.

1. In terms of corporate banking services, we will provide emergency settlement services, such as purchase of medical supplies, materials of people’s livelihood security, payment of salary, etc. For emergency financial service assistance or any inquiry, please contact your relationship manager or our service hotline. For corporate banking services, please contact (853) 8792 0269. For SMEs services please contact (853) 8792 1793 or (853) 8792 1609. Hotline services are available from Monday to Friday, 9:30a.m. - 5:30p.m.

2. In terms of personal banking services, our ATM, BOC mobile banking, online banking, telephone banking and self-service banking will maintain normal service. For emergency financial service assistance or any inquiry, please contact your relationship manager or our 24-hour service hotline (853)888 95566.

3. The due dates of local settlement, loans, credit cards, and fixed deposits will be postponed to the next working day on July 18, 2022 (Monday).
