Notice Regarding Sequential Suspension of Partial Reservation Services for BOCNET (Personal and Corp.) from June 12 and 27, 2025

Dear Customers,
To comply with the Society for Worldwide Interbank Financial Telecommunication (SWIFT) regarding the implementation of upgraded payment message formats, our bank has scheduled a system upgrade on July 27, 2025 (Sunday). In order to prepare for the upgrade, BOCNET (Personal) and BOCNET (Corp.) will sequentially suspend reservation services for certain transactions including outward remittance, batch payment and payroll from June 12 (Thursday) and June 27 (Friday). The details are shown as follows:

| BOCNET (Personal) | Pre-set order of Outward Remittance service on and after July 28 (Monday) will be suspended from June 12 (Thursday). |
| BOCNET (Corp.) | Pre-set order of Outward Remittance service on and after July 28 (Monday) will be suspended from June 12 (Thursday). |
| Pre-set order of Payroll service on and after July 27 (Sunday) will be suspended from June 27 (Friday). | |
| Pre-set orders of Batch Payment service on and after July 28 (Monday) will be suspended from June 27 (Friday). |
Following the completion of the system upgrade, BOCNET (Personal) and BOCNET (Corp.) will resume the reservation services for the above transactions.
