Notice Regarding Adjustment of Remittance Services for Various Channels from July 28, 2025

Dear customers,
To comply with the Society for Worldwide Interbank Financial Telecommunication (SWIFT), regarding the implementation of upgraded payment message formats, our bank has scheduled a system upgrade on July 27, 2025 (Sunday) and made adjustment to the related aspects of the remittance services for various channels starting from July 28 (Monday). The details are shown as follows:

| Counter | New forms (Application for Remittance, Application for Post-dated Remittance, Application Form for Remittance Service of Online Banking Services) need to be used and old abovementioned application forms would not be accepted. |
| BOC Macau APP | For registered remittance beneficiaries, customers need to supplement beneficiary's detailed address information before processing the remittance. |
| For manually-input beneficiaries, customers need to additionally provide beneficiary's detailed address information. | |
| The historical remittance records in BOC Macau APP before the system upgrade will be cleared. | |
| BOCNET (Personal) | For registered remittance beneficiaries, customers need to supplement beneficiary's detailed address information before processing the remittance. |
| For manually-input beneficiaries, customers need to additionally provide beneficiary's detailed address information. | |
| BOCNET (Corp.) | For registered remittance beneficiaries, customers need to supplement beneficiary's detailed address information before processing the remittance. |
| For manually-input beneficiaries, customers need to additionally provide beneficiary's detailed address information. | |
| New files that comply with the requirements of the message format must be used, and the content should be filled in accordance with the template requirements. Business processing using old - format files will no longer be accepted. |
