If you have experienced difficulties and/or other issues in using BOC Self-Service Banking facilities (including but not limited to Automatic Teller Machine (ATM), Cash Deposit Machine (CDM), BOC Express, and Passbook Update Machine (PUM)), you are free to speak with our service officer who may immediately assist you in problem shooting. BOC Macau also appreciates for your comments and/or suggestions regarding the issues of our Self-Service Banking.
