Vacancy: Compliance Officer
Job description:
. Design and implement compliance policies and controls to ensure the compliance to all relevant regulations and legislations.
. Development of compliance employee training.
.Monitor and supervise the compliance with internal procedures including transaction monitoring.
. Responsible for the bank’s communication with the banking supervision authorities.
. Handle and coordinate legal issues.
. Carry outthe annual risk assessment.
. Provision of regulatory advice to the management of the Bank.
. Report to and communicate with our parentbranch and Head Office.
. Perform other duties as assigned or requested.

Job requirements:
. Minimum 5 years experience as Compliance Officer
. Master degree, major in law/economics
. Excellent knowledge of EU and Dutch laws and regulations regarding the banking sector
. Assertive, pro-active, good communication skills, can work as individual or team player
. Personal credibility, integrity and high moral standards
. Excellent command of Dutch and English and also good knowledge of Chinese
. Good knowledge of Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc)
