To provide better financial products and services, we will upgrade our systems from July 16th to July 17th, 2022. During the period of upgrade, the Corporate Online Banking will be suspended.
Please prepare your business in advance to avoid the impact of the system upgrade on your daily business operation.
For the Corporate Online Banking customers, before the system upgrade, all the remittance instructions submitted through BOC Corporate Online Banking without final authorization will not be migrated to the upgraded BOC iGTB Net and will not be processed by the Bank. After the upgrade, these unprocessed transactions will be displayed as "Transaction Failed" status. Therefore, you will need to re-submit the remittance instructions again after the upgrade is completed in order to process them.
