Registered Capital Deposit
Introduction
A registered capital account certificate shall be presented for registration and establishment of companies in the Netherlands. Bank of China Rotterdam Branch can assist corporate customers in opening a registered capital deposit account; after the capital injection by shareholders, the Branch can issue a registered capital account certificate letter and submit it to local notary office and authority of commercial management to apply for business license at customers’request.
Target Customers
Corporate customers registered and established in the Netherlands and in need of capital verification account.
Application Qualifications
1. Customers fill out the account application form;
2. Customers ensure that the registered capital is available.
