Relationship Manager, Corporate Banking Department I (Oct. 2024)

Responsibilities
- Calls on C-suite executives to form and deepen relationships and proactively own, responds to, uncovers and anticipates future needs, roadblocks or risks, leveraging internal resources to assist where necessary.
- Works with product specialist and subject matter experts to structure innovative and customized solutions that meet clients' individual needs.
- Identifies cross-sell opportunities to deepen and increase share of wallet.
- Maximizes client experience by proactive sharing market updates, trend and intelligence.
- Drives innovation in the solutions we provide clients and further developing business where necessary and appropriate.
- Networks with clients to identify avenues for new business opportunities.
- Administrates the credit relationship of the client (including but not limited to preparing term sheet, credit proposals and credit review, implementation of the credit terms and conditions, servicing of client's day-to-day needs, operation of internal systems, etc.), coordinating and supervising the entire process, ensuring the proper application of policies and the Bank's processes.
- Ensures compliance with regulatory requirements and the Bank's policies/ guidelines at all time.
- Proactively protects the Bank's assets and reputation by being the first line of defence from risk management perspective.
- Responsible to meet the KPI target imposed.
Requirements
- Familiarity with current digital and emerging sector landscapes. Having good understanding of current digital and emerging sector, with a preference given to candidates with a TMT or Technology, High-tech manufacturing background.
- Ability:
(1) ability to expand the customer base and undertake the project in specific sectors.
(2) sound knowledge of banking products as well as a track record of providing sound banking and solutions to growth stage clients in Tech and Digital Space.
(3) sound credit and financial analysis skill, problem-solving abilities.
(4) excellent interpersonal, communication and influencing skills (e.g. negotiation, consultative skills)
(5) ability to work in team setting and under pressure while making decision
- Work Experience: Minimum of 5-8 years of relevant banking experience, specially proven track record in Advanced Manufacturing, New Energy, Technology and Digital Economy segment.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree and above
- Independent, self-motivated, proactive, result-oriented and a team player.
