Revision of BOC Cardmember Agreement and BOC MoneyPlus Terms and Conditions (Effect from 1 November 2017)

Dear Customers,

In line with our ongoing commitment to serve you better, we will be revising part of the BOC Cardmember Agreement and the BOC MoneyPlus Terms and Conditions with effect from 1 November 2017. Details as follows:

1) BOC Cardmember Agreement

16. Disclosure

(i) The Cardmember authorises the Bank to disclose, from time to time without notice and whether before or after termination of the Card Account/facility(ies), any and all information and data relating to the Cardmember and/or the Card Account/facility(ies) (whether held singly or jointly with any other person) including those information and data that the Bank may obtain from third parties such as any credit bureau recognised by the Monetary Authority of Singapore for the Purposes as defined in Clause 21 or as set out within this Clause 16 (where specified), and to the following parties:-

(g) any service provider, business partner, insurer or insurance broker, whether situated in Singapore or elsewhere, engaged by the Bank or the Bank of China Limited Group and agent or third party selected by such service provider, business partner, insurer or insurance broker, for the purpose of any collaboration with the Bank’s service provider, business partner, insurer or insurance broker in respect of Card benefits and promotion program as well as for any marketing or cross-marketing of services or products (whether by the Bank, the Bank’s service provider, business partner, insurer or insurance broker);

2) BOC MoneyPlus Terms and Conditions

21. BOC’s Personal Data Protection

21.3 We will/may collect, use, disclose and/or process your personal data for one or more of the following purposes:
(f) providing you with BOC’s services and products, as well as services and products provided by other external providers provided through us and/or our third party service providers and/or business partners;
