Announcement on the Temporary Suspension of BOC Services (12-13 May 2018)


Dear Valued Customer,

In order to serve you better, we will be upgrading our system from 12 May 2018 (Saturday) to 13 May 2018 (Sunday). During this period, the following BOC service platforms at the stated schedule will be unavailable.

ATM 12 May 11:15pm – 13 May 7:30am
FAST Transfer (in/out) 12 May 11:15pm – 13 May 7:30am
Online Banking and Mobile Banking 12 May 11:15pm – 13 May 8:00am
GIRO Transfer and
RMB Pre-Settlement Remittance
13 May 12:00am – 13 May 6:30pm
Telephone Banking 13 May 12:30am – 13 May 8:00am
SMS Alerts Service 13 May 1:00am – 13 May 4:30am

Kindly note that you will not be able to receive SMS alerts during the stated period, thus debit/credit card online transactions that require SMS OTP verification will not be available.
