Notice on the Removal of Paper Statements for Unposted Transactions for BOC Passbook Saving Account(s) with effect from 1 July 2018


Dear Valued Customer,

As part of our continual efforts to go green, paper statements for your unposted transactions will no longer be available for your BOC Passbook Savings Account(s) with effect from 1 July 2018.

To view the details for your BOC Passbook Savings Account(s), you can try one of the following options to enjoy better convenience:

(1) Log on to BOC Personal Online or Mobile Banking with your details and follow these steps:

  • Step 1 : Select "My Accounts" on the navigation menu
  • Step 2 : Click on "Transaction Details" and select your "BOC Passbook Savings Account"
  • Step 3 : Select the transaction period that you wish to view

(2) Update your current BOC passbook at any BOC branches

If you do not have access to BOC Personal Online or Mobile Banking, please visit your nearest BOC branch to apply.
