As part of MAS’s package of relief measures, with effect from 6 April 2020, the Bank will be having "Special Financial Relief Programme (SFRP)" for our customers with secured mortgage loans and credit card unsecured loans. Application methods are as follow:
I.SFRP (Mortgage) Customers
You may download "BOC Special Financial Relief Programme (SFRP) (Mortgages) Application Form" and email us the completed form (signature is not required), or email us the necessary information stated below to enquiry.sg@bankofchina.com.

6.Property Address
7.Options (A. Defer Principle Only/ B. Defer Principle & Interest) and if you require to extend loan tenure by the corresponding principle deferment period
II.SFRP (Unsecured Loans) Customers
You may download "BOC Special Financial Relief Programme (Unsecured) Application Form" and email us the completed form (signature is not required) together with the supporting documents to cardservice.sg@bankofchina.com.
