In order to further simplify our loan products available and in line with our ongoing commitment to provide you with better service, we would like to inform that the Bank will suspend the selling of BOC $martLoan and MoneyPlus Term Loan with effect from 25 December 2022. Existing customers who are currently on the BOC SmartLoan and/or MoneyPlus Term Loan will not be affected, and all terms and conditions applicable to the BOC $martLoan and/or MoneyPlus Term Loan continue to remain in full force and effect for the duration of the agreed tenure.
However, upon expiry of the agreed tenure or upon termination of their respective loans (whichever is earlier), existing customers would not be entitled to renew their loans. Any and all renewal terms and conditions applicable to the BOC $martLoan and/or MoneyPlus Term Loan shall no longer be applicable.
