We will discontinue the distribution of hardcopy monthly account statements to our selected retail customers who use Online Banking and/or Mobile Banking with effect from December 2023.
You can securely access your monthly account statements through BOC electronic banking channels (Online Banking or Mobile Banking) at your convenience.
View your eStatement via 3 simple steps as follow:
1.Log in to Personal Online Banking/ Personal Mobile Banking
2.Select “My Accounts” / “View Account” in the left menu bar, and choose “Account Statement Service” / “View eStatement”
3.Choose the account type and month you wish to review
