In our ongoing commitment to environmental sustainability and in alignment with industry trends, we are transitioning to a paperless approach. We will discontinue the distribution of hardcopy yearly personal Time Deposit account statements to our selected retail customers who use Online Banking and/or Mobile Banking with effect from 31 December 2023.
You can securely access your yearly account statements through BOC electronic banking channels (Online Banking or Mobile Banking) at your convenience.
View your eStatement via 3 simple steps as follow:
1.Log in to Personal Online Banking/ Personal Mobile Banking
2.Select “My Accounts” / “View Account” in the left menu bar, and choose “Account Statement Service” / “View eStatement”
3.Choose the account type and year you wish to review
If you do not have BOC Online Banking or Mobile Banking, you can apply via the steps below:
1.Go to Bank of China Singapore official website (Link: https://www.bankofchina.com/sg/custserv/cs3/201910/t20191011_16765917.html)
2.Download and fill out the Channel Service Updating Form
3.Email the completed form to enquiry.sg@bankofchina.com
