QS 1: What is the eligibility age to apply for a BOC ATM Card?
ANS: You need to be at least 18 years old to apply for a BOC ATM Card.
QS 2: When is this effective?
ANS: This is effective from 19 June 2013 onwards.
QS 3: I am an existing customer aged below 18 years old owning an ATM card, do I need to give up my ATM Card?
ANS: No. The new age requirement is only applicable for new-to-Bank of China ATM applicant. Existing customers will not be affected.
