FAQ on Updating of Personal Particulars


 

1.Can I send in an email instruction to update my new address/ personal particulars?

We do not accept email instructions to update Customers’ particulars. Kindly proceed to print out the Change of Customers Information form from our website. Please note that the signature on the form will have to be as per our Bank’s record.

2.Where do I send the Change of Customers Information form to?

You may submit the form at any of our branches or alternatively, please mail the original copy of the completed form to:

CNF 3rd Floor 4 Battery Road, Bank of China Building Singapore 049908

3.Can I fax or scan and email the form in after I have filled it up and signed it?

No. The Bank only accepts original, signed copies of the Change of Customers Information form.
