From 1st June 2016, Bank of China (UK) Limited (hereafter “the Bank”) will be introducing an online secure payment service known as “Bank of China (UK) Limited Verified by Visa” (“BOCUK VbV”). BOCUK VbV offers additional security and protection for customers when purchasing goods or services online.
At participating online retailers you will be prompted for a BOCUK VbV Verification Code in order to confirm and authorise the purchase. The unique Verification Code will be sent to your pre-registered mobile phone number. You must inform the Bank if you have recently changed your mobile phone number so that you can continue to receive BOCUK VbV Verification Codes. If you have changed your mobile number, please complete the “Information Update Form” and return it to the following Freepost Address:
