Due to system upgrades, there will be a number of disruptions of our services during the month of July and August 2017.
Services on our International Great Wall Credit Card will be suspended during the following periods:
- From 02:00 to 05:00 on 23 July 2017 (BST)
- From 18:00 to 20:40 on 29 July 2017 (BST)
- From 02:00 to 05:00 on 13 August 2017 (BST)
- From 18:00 to 20:40 on 19 August 2017 (BST)
Services on our International Great Wall Debit Card, Internet and Mobile Banking Services will be suspended during the following periods:
- From 02:00 to 05:00 on 23 July 2017 (BST)
- From 02:00 to 05:00 on 13 August 2017 (BST)
You will not be able to carry out any payment transactions with your Great Wall International Credit and Debit Card, Internet and Mobile Banking during the above periods of suspension.
If you have any direct debits or standing orders due to be paid out during the periods highlighted above, please ensure you consider making alternative arrangements as we cannot guarantee those transactions will be successful.
