In light of the latest developments, we have become increasingly concerned about the heightened risks that our customers, employees and communities may be exposed to by the outbreak. The well-being of our customers and employees are our top priority. Additional precautionary measures are in place to safeguard our customers when you visit us. Besides, we have placed hand sanitiser at all our branches and we urge all visitors to use hand sanitiser after they enter the branch.
We are making every effort to keep our branches open for customers with an appointment during this time, but it may be necessary to close a branch at short notice, so please check our website or telephone our Call Centre before you travel.
You can continue to use our internet banking and mobile banking to manage your everyday banking transactions. Your debit card can be used directly at any retailers and withdraw cash at ATM machines. Please stay vigilant and beware of email scams, phishing or ransom ware attacks that are taking advantage of the COVID-19 situation.
