- Implements "call back to check" procedure for e-mail and all other non-internet banking payment instructions.
- Strengthen customer information verification, we will verify your identity when communicating with you.
- Enhance our bank's internal payment anti-fraud checks.
We suggest you take the following measures to protect your business against fraud:
- Strengthen internal management and establish a safety precaution mechanism within your business.
- Regularly provide anti-fraud training for your employees.
- Regularly use online banking and other channels to check your account balance and transaction records.
- Avoid disclosure of account and employee personal information to unrelated persons.
- Use online banking or Bank-Enterprise direct connection services to replace other payment methods.
Please always remember that:
- Bank of China will never ask you to reveal your PIN number, your bank card CVV number, or any passwords in full.
- Bank of China will never ask you to move your money to a “safe account”.
- Bank of China will never send you an email asking you to click on a link in order to access information or to resolve a problem.
- Bank of China will never unexpectedly ask you to download or open any email attachments.
