As part of our efforts to make our bank statement service more accessible and convenient for our customers, we are introducing electronic statement from 29 March 2021. By 31 May 2021, all internet and mobile banking registered personal deposit account customers will be switched to electronic statement and will no longer receive paper statements.
For customers who want to switch to electronic statement before 31 May 2021, you can do so via internet banking or mobile banking (Version 5.2.7 or above). Once you have successfully switched to electronic statement you will no longer receive paper statement. In the event that you need a paper copy of your statement you can visit your local branch and our staff will do that for you.
If at the present time you are not ready to switch to electronic statement and would like to continue to receive paper statement, please contact us on 0800 389 5566 (from UK) or 0044 20 7282 8926 (from overseas).
