In line with the government’s roadmap to reopen our society and businesses, we are pleased to announce that our branches will reopen for walk-in customers on 26 April 2021, opening hours from Monday to Friday, 11am to 3pm.
To protect you and our staff, we have made some changes to the way we operate our services, this is to ensure that when you visit our branches social distancing can be maintained and our banking hall is not overcrowded.
1.Services that do not require an appointment
- Counter service
- Cash/cheque deposit and withdrawal, bill payment
- Remittance, currency exchange
- Update personal information e.g. change of address
- Collect/ activate debit card, E-token
- Assisting elderly and vulnerable customers
2.Services that do require an appointment
- Account opening/ Applying for a Mortgage
- Activating a dormant account/ Student Prime account
- Applying for a debit card/ credit card/ internet banking/mobile banking
- Complex enquiries

To maintain safe distancing, we may limit occupancy at our branches. Please do not visit our branches if you are unwell or have any symptoms of COVID-19.
We are making every effort to keep our branches open, but it may be necessary to close a branch in short notice, this may be due to government lockdown rules or staff shortages. We apologies for any inconvenience caused in the event of any unplanned closures.
