3 Year Fixed Rate Mortgages


 

At Bank of China (UK) Limited, we can provide residential mortgages (owner occupied residential purposes) and buy to let mortgages (for business buy to let purposes or consumer buy to let purposes). Subject to satisfying our eligibility and lending criteria and creditworthiness assessment, we welcome:

• First time buyers (excluding Consumer Buy-to-let)

• Second time buyers (excluding Consumer Buy-to-Let)

• Remortgaging applications

How to apply

Our branch-based Loan officers are responsible for initially assessing and managing your mortgage application. Please contact your nearest branch for more information and to arrange an appointment. When making an application, the following documents should be taken to your branch meeting in order to speed up the application process:

• Valid passport

• One proof of address

• Last three months’ bank statements

• If employed, last three months’ payslips and latest P60

• If self-employed, last three years’ accounts and latest SA302 Tax Calculation Form from HMRC

• Proof of deposit (for purchase only)
